Pear and Brussels Sprout Salad with Maple Dressing Recipe
3 cups Brussels sprouts, cored and cut into thin strips
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts, toasted
1 pear, cored and sliced
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. maple syrup
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 Tbsp. Vega Antioxidant Omega Oil Blend
- Combine brussels sprouts, red onion, hazelnuts, and pear in a salad or mixing bowl.
- Mix garlic, maple syrup, lemon and oil in a glass measuring cup or a glass jar with a lid and shake.
- Pour dressing over vegetables, toss to coat and serve
