Pear and Brussels Sprout Salad with Maple Dressing Recipe

brussels3 cups Brussels sprouts, cored and cut into thin strips
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts, toasted
1 pear, cored and sliced
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. maple syrup
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 Tbsp. Vega Antioxidant Omega Oil Blend

  1. Combine brussels sprouts, red onion, hazelnuts, and pear inĀ a salad or mixing bowl.
  2. Mix garlic, maple syrup, lemon and oil in a glass measuringĀ cup or a glass jar with a lid and shake.
  3. Pour dressing over vegetables, toss to coat and serve
