What is Bootcamp?

New York, New York!!!!! Are you in the Long Island area? HOF NY Long Island is live and ready.

Bootcamp is designed to get you in shape in the fastest and most effective way. Join our group sessions of beginner to advanced individuals to get a total body conditioning experience. Members of all fitness levels are welcome. Be prepared for individual and partner-based exercise routines that will challenge muscles you may never knew existed. Do you need accountability or some inspiration to keep you exercising? Well, bootcamp will be your best bet. Come on out for a one week free trial and see if the dynamics suit your fitness goals.

*Hardbody Outdoor Fitness bootcamp is an ongoing year-round program. Participants can either start with a ONE WEEK FREE TRIAL or visit the Membership page to get started.

What to bring to class?

Whether HOF is indoors are outdoors, there are essentials that need to attend class with each participant. Dumbbells (women: at least 10lbs, men: at least 15lbs), exercise gloves, water and mat (optional). We are always on the go and if the weather gets warmer than expected, wear layers in order to be comfortable. The goal is for you to peal those layers off in the event that you’re too hot or feel a chill.
