DAY 13 – #HOF21DAYS – 15 Minute AMRAP Workout
Hope you are enjoying your weekend. So since yesterday was a rest day or a catch-up day, today you will use a little weight. Do you have dumbbells? If so, take them out and let’s have a little fun. You will work your entire body with this for 15 minutes. I know you have 15 minutes to spare, so get it done and enjoy the rest of your day.
Burpee high pull (10 reps)
Cross-body Mountain Climbers (30 seconds)
Chest press w/ leg raise (10 reps)
Repeat for 15 minutes (As Many Rounds As Possible)

Chocolate Banana Protein Smoothie
This simple combination is definitely a favorite. Use frozen bananas if you have them on-hand, as they make this smoothie extra rich and creamy. You deserve a little treat:)
1 banana, fresh or frozen
1 cup unsweetened milk alternative
1 serving protein powder
1⁄2 Tbsp cocoa powder
Optional: 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon
1. Add all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
