Chewy Quinoa Oat Bars

I just can’t stay away from quinoa. These are very yummy :) Enjoy.

Chewy Quinoa Oat Bars!

5 Cups Rolled Oatsbars

1 1/2 -2 Cups Cooked Quinoa (about 1/2 Cup dry)

1/2 Cup Honey

1/2 Cup Maple Syrup

1/2 Cup Coconut Oil

1/2 Cup Applesauce

3/4 Cup Mini Dark Chocolate Chips

2 tsp Vanilla

Dash or two of Cinnamon

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Blend one cup of the oats into oat flour using a blender or food processor.  In a large bowl mix together all ingredients, thoroughly.  Press firmly into an 8×10 pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until the edges brown.  Cut into bars when cool.
