  • 3 Tbsp of Gluten-Free Oatmeal (Red Mill)
  • 2 Tbsp of almond butter
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • ¼ tsp of nutmeg
  • 1 ½ tsp of cinnamon
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk (beverage, not canned)
  • ½ — 1 scoop of Vega Vanilla Performance Protein (or whichever you choose)
