Day 19 – #HOF21DAYS – Active recovery and Rest

burnoutHow was your week? I hope your plan was executed to the best of your ability. We are all under different levels of stress. Whatever circumstances, don’t let that beat you down. You control some things, but what is destined to happen, will happen. If today is that day when you need to regroup, do it. Tomorrow morning is Easter and the workout can be squeezed in. You know how to squuuuuuueeeeeeze it in, right? Make it happen and push. On Monday, you will repeat your fitness test. This is what it boils down to. Taking those numbers out, setting a goal like, “I will perform 2 more burpees than I did on day 1″. Those are the words that should come out of your mouth and guide you to beating your OLD performance. 21 days and you would be done. Thanks for joining HOF on the journey. So today, get outside and go for a walk or do some activity that would allow your body to chill and recover. Enjoy your day.
