HARDBODY OUTDOOR FITNESS – GROUP TRAINING

Endurance training is quite a broad sweeping term. It’s often used interchangeably with terms like “aerobic”, “anaerobic”, “strength” and “speed”. Hardbody Outdoor Fitness focuses on all aspects of aerobic endurance conditioning and the various training methods that have been developed to help athletes reach peak aerobic fitness through a variety of tools. Endurance training is important for many sports. While the type and amount of endurance training will change according to the specific demands of the sport, even some traditional strength and power based games demand a solid aerobic base. You will be surprised at what your body can do. Classes are intense, challenging and focused daily.

Morning Class

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (Wednesdays OFF)*

Time: 5:40AM – 6:40AM

Evening Class

Tuesday, Thursday (6 WEEK CLASS – $160)

Time: 6:00PM – 7:00PM

Option 2: 3 Months (Auto-pay monthly from date of activation) = $119

Option 3: 6 Months (Auto-pay monthly from date of activation) = $109
