Hardbody Outdoor Fitness (HOF) is committed to providing safe and effective exercise programs that will enable you to see real results in the shortest amount of time possible. You will experience a fitness program that reflects your unique goals and guide you to attain a state of overall health and well-being. Outdoor Fitness strengthens not only your muscles, but also your resolve to conquer everyday stresses, which leads to an elevated quality of life. START STRONG, FINISH STRONGER.

About Hardbody Outdoor Fitness (HOF)

Hardbody Outdoor Fitness is about change; offering a comprehensive approach to health and fitness, targeting troubled areas with sports agility training, resistance bands, superbands, kettlebells, TRX’s and other training devices. As a personal trainer and the owner of Hardbody Outdoor Fitness, I absolutely enjoy training clients. I am able to wake up every morning and motivate people of all ages, shapes and sizes. It has always been my belief that your body and mind should be equally strong.

My own experience with getting in shape is what motivated me to start HARDBODY OUTDOOR FITNESS. I wanted to have a positive impact on other people’s lives, by encouraging people to once and for all reach their physical fitness goals, just like I had. I believe that there is much more to the job than just designing workouts and helping clients perform them properly, it’s about inspiring others to fall in love with their bodies and learn how to live healthy and happy lives. I for one know that this isn’t always easy, but it’s worth fighting for.

All clients are individuals and your training sessions will not only be based around what is best to meet your goals but what you enjoy. You can trust that I will not only have the experience and qualifications, but the passion to motivate you and make your training sessions personal and fun. Every day will be like your first as no one particular workout is repeated. If you want your body to see changes, you have to challenge the muscles, confuse it and keep it constantly working under various conditions.
