Workout Of the Week #3
Here is week #3. Perform each exercise for 60 seconds. Repeat the entire workout 2-3 times with a 60 second break in-between. Try to move fast and concentrate on using proper form.

HARDBODY OUTDOOR FITNESS was on the road last weekend, visiting Queens, NY (hometown) to spread the word about health and fitness. We had some great energy, great attendance and we had a blast. The workout covered the entire body and next time, we’ll have more fun’!!! Check out the video below.
